We understand that parents are the first educators and role models for their children and value every contribution they make to their children’s education. We want all our pupils to be happy and successful at school so if you have any questions or queries please make an appointment with your child’s class teacher or the head teacher, Ms G Neill.

Parents can support their children at home and extend their learning in the following ways:

  • by hearing them read
  • discussing their reading books
  • discussing school day
  • supporting with homework tasks
  • and helping them learning spellings and times tables

Other ideas to support learning will be suggested each half term in your child’s class topic overview letter.

Parents’ evenings are in the autumn and spring term and a written report will be issued in the summer term. Although an appointment can also be made with your child’s class teacher at other times.
